Meditation is an experience of complete mental and physical stillness. This experience of stillness has so many proven benefits that deeply enrich our lives, that more and more people are being drawn towards it. In this retreat Emma will introduce you to the practice of meditation, demystifying what the science of meditation is and sharing techniques from the yoga tradition on how to achieve this stillness and how to set up a regular practice.
This retreat is suitable for complete beginners or for those who have some experience but wish to deepen their practice further.
The day will consist of daily yoga classes, guided meditation practises, silent meditative walks and with talks and workshops on meditation.
