Accomodation & Food

The Retreat is a converted Andalucian farmhouse in a beautiful area surrounded by orange trees and olive groves.


The retreat has space for 8-12 guests, 4 twin rooms, 2 beds in bell tent and optional pull out beds in other areas. Further accommodation, just a few minutes walk away, can be arranged for larger groups.

One twin is located in a delightful annexe next to the house and has its own washbasin, simple shower and toilet. The remaining rooms are in the main house along with two shared shower rooms / WC. We also have an outside shower that can be used when needed or for those staying in the bell tent.

The yoga studio has been purpose built and offers space for practice inside or outdoors on the terrace with its magnificent views for 8-12 people.

There are quiet places to rest/read inside and outside in the shade or sunshine, overlooking the beautiful surroundings.


Alongside the yoga classes, food is always one of the highlights for students on our yoga retreats. All meals are sattvic vegetarian and vegan based on the traditional yogic principles, freshly cooked with love and using local wholesome ingredients. Both the brunch and dinner are full meals with two or three courses each, with salads, dressings, and occasional desserts in the evenings. There are also fruits, teas and snacks available in between meals if needed, so you will never go hungry! If you are organising a private retreat here we can design the menu as per your programme and will try our best to cater for any special diets.

A Gentle Detox

The food is gently detoxifying as we try to avoid caffeine, refined sugars, gluten and dairy as much as we can, adding to the overall benefit of your retreat experience, helping you to leave feeling lighter, cleaner and more energised. However, we can be flexible on this if requested.

Our Chefs

We usually bring our own yogic chefs with us who all have their own flair and ability to create amazing vegetarian/vegan menus to a very high standard. Our guests are always incredibly impressed with the diversity, flavour and creativity of our food. Most people also comment on how much more energized they feel and how they will try and recreate similar food at home.
