About The Event
Join us for this immersive 10 day retreat with senior teachers Swami Govindananda and Swami Nivedananada from India. Both Swami Govindananda and Swami Nivedanananda have been monastics for many years and have dedicated most of their lives to their study and practice. They are both advanced yogis, senior teachers/sharers and spiritual seekers and we feel very honoured to welcome them to Casa Santosha for the second time. Read further below to find out more about the Swamis.
On the retreat we will have a daily schedule of meditation, kirtan ( group chanting ), yoga classes, inspiring lectures/workshops and ancient Vedic peace ceremonies. Most classes will be taught by the Swamis, but there will be elements of self practice of pranayama and japa ( mantra repetition) which will be guided by the Swamis too.
