Teachers Hatha & Bhakti Yoga Intensive Sadhana Week

This is a 1 week hatha and bhakti yoga intensive course specifically for teachers who have taken the Yoga Bromley teachers training course or other Teacher Trainings that are approved by Emma, the course leader.   We will have a week studying and practising more intensively pranayama, mudras ( hand gestures) and bandhas (locks).  There will be lots of new more advanced breathing techniques that we will learn and practice as well as study sessions on the 5 pranas and associated pranayama practises.  

We will have 1 guided yoga and pranayama class a day and then we will have another guided self practice session each day, building up to 2 self practice sessions of pranayama by the end of the week.
